- Upload Your Data: Follow the link provided to complete your initial enrollment and provide necessary baseline information.

Data collection and management will be facilitated through Penn Medicine's REDCap instance which is a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform designed for efficient data collection and management in research. It features robust data encryption, detailed access controls, and comprehensive audit trails to ensure the privacy and integrity of sensitive information.
