Eligibility

Patients who have been diagnosed with Temporomandibular Joint Disease (TMD) or variations thereof.

Referral Process

Complete the Referral Form: Start by filling out our simple referral form.
We Get in Touch: A study coordinator will reach out to you or the patient directly depending on your specified preference (selected on form).
Upload Patient Data: If you specify that you would like to be contacted to complete the patient enrollment, you will receive a customized (secure) link to provide necessary baseline information and upload necessary patient data.

Data Security and Privacy

Your patient's data will be used strictly for research purposes. Data collection and management will be facilitated through Penn Medicine's REDCap instance which is a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform designed for efficient data collection and management in research. It features robust data encryption, detailed access controls, and comprehensive audit trails to ensure the privacy and integrity of sensitive information.
